Contact your department admin or supervisor, they have the ability to invite users to their department. If you are a department admin and need instructions on how to administer your roster, you can find those here
What is a PTB ID number? How do I find mine?
It is essential that each officer have the correct PTB ID number in their account. This the unique identifier that we pass through to the MTU when submitting exam results for certification approval.
